MKR's Bianca Braun reveals bust-up with 'frenemy' Pat Calleja one week before filming

The pressures of MKR can test the strongest of relationships.

But Bianca Braun has revealed she had a huge bust-up with 'frenemy' partner Pat Calleja a week before the competition even started.

'He actually blocked me on Facebook the week before we got on [the show] because we have an argument,' she told the latest issue of Who on Thursday.

'He blocked me and was like 'I'm not talking to you until we get on the plane.'

The data scientist, 32 said she and Pat, her brother's best friend, wanted to quit the Seven series, 'many many times.'   

Meanwhile, there have been rumours of a romance blossoming between Bianca, 32, and rival Matt Gawthrop, 27.

And on Wednesday, Bianca all but confirmed the whispers during an interview with The Morning Show.  

Host Kylie Gillies first asked: 'Speaking of special bonds, we hear there is a love story unfolding between you and the cricketer Matt, Can you confirm or deny?'

Bianca said with a smile: 'I can confirm that there was a plethora of special bonds that were formed in our group. Matt was definitely one of them, yes.'

Earlier this week, New Idea claimed a romance had sparked from MKR'S Group Two.

They claimed Matt and Bianca were a coy when pressed on their relationship., at the time, with Matt winking as he said: 'Maybe. Maybe... I'll have to keep you guessing on that one!'  

'You will have to stay tuned,' Bianca also teased at the time.
