BTS' Jimin shows support for his friend on 'I Can See Your Voice 6'

On the February 22 airing of Mnet's 'I Can See Your Voice 6,' mystery singer Kim Dae Hoon revealed he's friends with BTS' Jimin.
Kim Dae Hoon shared, "My friend is BTS' Jimin. When I told him I'm coming on 'I Can See Your Voice 6,' he encouraged me and also bought me food."
Kim Dae Hoon then shared the handwritten message Jimin prepared for him, and said, "I'm currently a dance instructor. My group fell apart before my debut but I'm continuing my music career as an instructor."

The BTS ARMY Can Help Write Their ARMYPEDIA — Here's How

Right now, there's probably no fandom that is bigger or more ready to hype up their faves than BTS's fanbase, the BTS ARMY. Since the group formed in 2013 and burst onto the scene in a major way, the ARMY has been devoted to streaming their music, following their every move on social media, unpacking clues about their new albums and music videos, seeing them at live shows and events, and basically making sure the whole world knows about all things BTS. Now, it looks like the ARMY can actually put all of their knowledge of and love for BTS in one place: the ARMYPEDIA, a Wikipedia-like site dedicated to BTS.
According to a press release about the ARMYPEDIA, which is set to officially launch on Monday, February 25, BTS wants to recruit the ARMY to record six years worth of memories because if anybody knows BTS as well as they know themselves, it's the ARMY. So how will fans be able to add in their own information about BTS to the ARMYPEDIA? The release states that a campaign to promote the ARMYPEDIA has been launched in 7 international cities (Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York City, London, Paris, and Hong Kong) and that 2,080 QR codes (a number representing the number of days that have gone by since BTS formed six years ago) in the shape of puzzle pieces that have "Hey ARMY! Lost this?" written on it, which have been scattered across those cities for fans to scan. Each puzzle piece corresponds to a specific date in BTS timeline, so when an ARMY member scans a QR code either online or offline, they'll be able to access the ARMYPEDIA page for that date and then write in the relevant BTS information.
So, once you, an ARMY member, have successfully snagged a QR code, how exactly do you scan it to access the date it corresponds to? Luckily, Armypedia.net has a step by step guide on how to do this. In the tutorial, you'll see an example of a locked page that requires the QR code to be scanned in. Once you pop in the code to the locked page, fans will be required to answer a trivia question about BTS. The fan who gets the question right wins the puzzle piece and is able to go in an enter information into that ARMYPEDIA entry. Basically, you better be a diehard fan who is ready to play because BTS isn't messing around.
Fans will be able to add information to ARMYPEDIA pages in the form of written messages, videos, or art. As you add information, you will earn points that will be tallied up once the ARMYPEDIA closes to fan contributors on Mar. 24, 2019. The top-earning 2,080 ARMY contributors will then win a special Big Hit Entertainment gift.
The ARMY has already spotted QR codes popping up IRL and have posted about it, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled and stay plugged into Twitter for possible code sightings — you definitely don't want to miss out on the chance to participate.

RM Talks Candidly About BTS: “It’s A Miracle We’ve Come This Far, I’m So Grateful”

In a V Live broadcast on February 20, BTS’s RM sat down with fans to express some thoughts he’s been wanting to share.
During the show, RM gave a tour of his studio space (the “Rkive”) to fans, and then answered many of their questions.
When asked about the album the group is currently working on, RM said, “This album is one that I personally like a lot. I don’t mean that I like its atmosphere or something like that — it’s because it’s really organic. The songs are really…” He then stopped himself and said with a laugh, “Well, it’s no fun if I tell you everything!”
RM also reassured fans as he said that they’re working hard as they prepare while also resting well when they rest. “One goal I have is to study about the things that I’m lacking, reflect on myself, and change,” he said.
He shared that their album preparations are going well, and said they’re paying particular attention to every part of their music since they’re receiving so much attention. RM also talked about how the rap line (RM, Suga, and J-Hope) are able to record in their own studios at any time, while the vocal line members (Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook) are spending long hours in the recording studio.
“They have to come here and work with the producers,” he said. “The time they stay here is really long, and could be tiring and dull, so I always want to tell the vocalist members that I appreciate that they’re working hard.”
He then said, “There’s something that I’ve been thinking about lately. All seven of us are different, you know. We’re really incredibly different. I think I maybe said this in the past, but this is how I describe it: it’s like we’re all sailing in the same boat but looking at different places. We have different dispositions, we’re good and bad at different things, and the things we want to do are different too. But because we’re in this team, we see better sides of each other and we’re achieving things together under the name of BTS that we couldn’t do otherwise. I think the others know that even better than I do.”
“The fact that we’ve come this far is like a miracle,” he said. “It’s really a miracle. Things like renewing our contracts — we’re so different and we really could have turned and said goodbye, but it’s a miracle that we’ve come this far. I’m so grateful.”
“It makes me think ‘I need to work harder,'” continued RM. He expressed that he doesn’t know how many albums they will release in the future, but that until the end he wants to work hard so that he has fewer regrets, although he recognizes that it’s not possible to have no regrets at all.
“The members trust in me and I trust in them,” he said. “So for this album too — and not just our album, but also the things that many of you are worried about and talking about — we’re trying to minimize that and think about that as much as possible. So trust in us. I hope that you’ll trust in us just a bit more. We’re really going to work hard.”
He thanked fans and said, “I’m going to be working and running hard while I think about you. I’ll be here, because no matter what words are said, BTS is BTS. I’m grateful for all the honor you give us.” He gestured to his surroundings as he said, “This is BTS’s, not mine. And it’s all of yours. BTS is all of you, that’s what I think.”
He explained that he’s been feeling very grateful lately as he works on the album, and wanted to express his gratitude and love. He also spoke in English, promising fans that they will do their best and saying, “Thank you for everything and we love you.”
